New facility offers windshield repair and replacement services for chips and cracks supported by NOVUS Glass technology that can repair cracks up to 18 inches in length.

Yves Roy, Regional Vice President for Fix Network in Quebec is pleased to welcome NOVUS Glass Quebec/Armand-Paris to the network.

The location, which is owned by the Tondreau Group, also offers body shop services in the same facility under the ProColor Collision brand. With the addition of NOVUS Glass, the group now offers onsite windshield repair and replacement services as well as throughout its territory with the use of a mobile unit. This is the very first ProColor franchise in Canada to add the NOVUS Glass banner.

“We’re pleased to offer customized services that meet our customer’s needs,” says Jean-Daniel Houde, Managing Director of the Tondreau Group. “Our mobile service is a convenient option for busy clients that do not have the time to go to a shop to get their windshield repaired.”

The group’s automotive technicians have over 25 years experience in auto glass and mechanical repair services. Meanwhile, Houde has been in the auto glass industry for five years, having worked on remote starters and the installation of tint film.

“We chose NOVUS Glass because its ground-breaking technology repairs chips and long crack repairs of up to 18 inches,” says Houde. “The company also offers ongoing training and development for technicians, which is very valuable as the automobiles become more advanced. The NOVUS brand stands out from other competitors.”

The NOVUS Glass Quebec/Armand-Paris facility has been renovated to include all collision and glass repair services. The location includes a showroom with branded sample products for light cars and trucks. Two technicians have received their windshield repair and replacement certification from the NOVUS Glass Training Centre in Blainville.

“We’re delighted to welcome the Tondreau Group and their NOVUS Glass Quebec/Armand-Paris location to the Fix Network family,” says Roy. “Their commitment to offering personalized and courteous customer services, as well as high-quality glass repair and replacement services will benefit all NOVUS Glass customers in the community.”
