Hankook Locks Up Exclusive Five-Year Deal

Securing an exclusive five-year tires supply contract across major Racing America series cements the manufacturer’s operational foothold in North American motorsports.

Hankook Tire & Technology has signed a five-year agreement to serve as the official tire partner and exclusive racing tire supplier for major series operated by Racing America from 2027 through 2031. Executed at Hankook’s Tennessee manufacturing facility, the deal encompasses exclusive tire supply, trackside engineering support, technical services, and joint marketing campaigns. 

Under the contract, Hankook will supply the iconic Trans Am Series, a road racing fixture featuring muscle cars for nearly six decades, alongside the International GT sports car series. The manufacturer also renewed its supply agreement for Racing America’s Formula ladder, which it has supported since 2019. 

For performance parts distributors, race prep shops, and commercial motorsports teams, the expanded partnership establishes an active technical proving ground across North American tracks. The contract expands Hankook’s global motorsports portfolio, which currently encompasses tire supply for over 70 worldwide series including the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC)
