Polymer additive manufacturer Struktol Company of America, LLC will showcase its new STRUKTOL® FM 126 processing additive at the Global Polymer Summit 2026, held September 28–30 in Louisville, Kentucky.
Enabling rubber compounders to reduce mixing times and consolidate production stages, Struktol releases its STRUKTOL® FM 126 processing aid to improve filler dispersion.
Polymer additive manufacturer Struktol Company of America, LLC will showcase its new STRUKTOL® FM 126 processing additive at the Global Polymer Summit 2026, held September 28–30 in Louisville, Kentucky. Engineered for technical rubber compounders and tire manufacturers, the additive facilitates faster incorporation and dispersion of carbon black, silica, and mineral fillers.
For industrial rubber processors, component manufacturers, and tire compound chemists, the formulation directly addresses factory labor and energy demand by enabling multi-stage mixing reduction. By lowering compound viscosity and enhancing batch flow, FM 126 increases mixer throughput in a single pass while preserving mechanical and dynamic elastomer properties.
On Tuesday, September 29, Mayu Si, Director of Technology-Rubber/Sales at Struktol, will present a technical session detailing how high-performance processing aids optimize factory floor throughput and reduce total compounding costs.
