CARSTAR Markham Makes a Name for Itself on the National Stage

Collision repair network CARSTAR Canada has named CARSTAR Markham, owned by Tom Siu, as its 2026 Rookie of the Year during the banner’s Impact 2026 national conference. The award recognizes a new franchise partner demonstrating strong business performance, repair throughput, and brand alignment during its first year in the network.

For multi-shop operators, insurance partners, and collision industry vendors, the recognition highlights high-capacity repair operations in the Greater Toronto Area. The Markham facility features a fully secured compound capable of accommodating up to 80 vehicles, supported by Axalta coating approvals across multiple OEM brands.

Dave Foster, Senior Vice President of CARSTAR Canada, cited the facility’s commitment to repair quality, operational throughput, and customer service standards as key drivers behind the award selection.
