Collision repair network CARSTAR Canada has named Jessy Dufresne and Eric Henault as its 2026 Franchisees of the Year during the banner’s Impact 2026 conference. Representing CARSTAR’s highest individual network recognition, the award honors the co-owners of the CARSTAR Rawdon and CARSTAR St-Félix-de-Valois facilities in Quebec.
For multi-shop operators, insurance partners, and collision industry suppliers, the award highlights execution in key operational metrics, shop culture, and customer satisfaction. Dave Foster, Senior Vice President of CARSTAR Canada, noted the owners’ consistent leadership by example across the regional network.
In addition to shop management, the franchisees helped lead regional industry fundraising efforts through the annual CARSTAR Golf Tournament in Saint-Hyacinthe, raising $38,000 for Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
