Repair Bay Supply: 30 first-to-market SKUs added to Delphi’s regional catalog

Addressing evolving North American fleet maintenance demands, Delphi adds 289 replacement SKUs featuring 30 first-to-market part numbers for repair technicians.

Delphi, a PHINIA Inc. brand, has introduced line expansions across its steering and suspension, vehicle electronics, and fuel management product categories. The release adds 289 new SKUs to the supplier’s catalog, including 30 first-to-market part numbers covering over 243 million vehicles-in-operation (VIO) across Canada and the United States. 

For commercial repair shop operators and auto parts distributors, the expansion targets high-demand service components across major domestic and import nameplates. The steering and suspension category leads the update with 188 new SKUs (covering 185 million VIO), alongside 90 vehicle electronics SKUs (including ABS sensors and ignition coils) and 11 fuel management SKUs. 

Hailey Long, Director of Category Management for PHINIA Aftermarket North America, noted that the product rollout is designed to help technicians maintain vehicle reliability through OE-quality replacement parts. The new inventory is currently available through local Delphi sales channels.
