Valvoline Global Establishes New HQ in Cincinnati

Realigning executive leadership closer to manufacturing operations, Valvoline Global establishes a new corporate headquarters while dedicating its Kentucky facility to regional Americas support.

Valvoline Global Operations has selected downtown Cincinnati for its new global headquarters, securing 50,000 square feet of office space scheduled to open in spring 2027. The company’s existing campus in Lexington, Kentucky, will remain a core operational hub for the Americas, housing more than 400 employees focused on U.S., Canadian, and Latin American market support.

The relocation positions executive functions within minutes of the lubricant manufacturer’s largest blending and production facility. According to executive leadership, the site selection follows a 20% workforce expansion over the past three years and supports increased operational integration between corporate planning and manufacturing output.

For aftermarket distributors, service providers, and fleet operators, the corporate realignment aims to strengthen regional supply chain agility and accelerate product development across automotive and industrial fluid lines.
