Nissan Names Ashley Gatlin Chief Customer Satisfaction Officer for U.S. and Canada

In this expanded role, Gatlin will lead Nissan’s Total Customer Satisfaction organization across both North American markets, overseeing vehicle quality, safety, field quality investigations, warranty and compliance, and overall ownership experience for Nissan and INFINITI models.
Nissan Americas has appointed Ashley Gatlin as Vice President, Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), and Chief Customer Satisfaction Officer for the U.S. and Canada, effective August 17.
In this expanded role, Gatlin will lead Nissan’s Total Customer Satisfaction organization across both North American markets, overseeing vehicle quality, safety, field quality investigations, warranty and compliance, and overall ownership experience for Nissan and INFINITI models.
Gatlin brings over 25 years of experience at Nissan across engineering, supply chain management, manufacturing, and quality control. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of TCS, managing warranty compliance and quality strategy across North America.
“Ashley understands that earning a customer’s trust is built through the quality of our products and every experience they have with Nissan and INFINITI,” said Christian Meunier, Chairman of Nissan Americas. “She will continue driving quality, durability, and reliability across the organization.”
The leadership transition coincides with recent quality benchmarking metrics, including the Nissan Rogue ranking No. 1 in the compact SUV segment in the J.D. Power 2026 U.S. Initial Quality Study and the Murano earning dependability honors.
For Canadian Nissan and INFINITI dealer networks and commercial fleet operators, Gatlin’s dual-market oversight reinforces operational alignment between vehicle engineering, warranty support, and field service response.
