Holand Leasing Acquires Portion of John Scotti Portfolio

Holand Automotive Group, one of Canada’s leading luxury and ultra-luxury automotive groups, has announced that its leasing division, Holand Leasing, has completed the strategic acquisition of a select portion of the lease portfolio from Location John Scotti Inc. Leasing as part of court-supervised receivership proceedings.

Rather than acquiring the full portfolio, Holand Leasing collaborated with the court-appointed receiver to identify and acquire contracts specifically aligned with its ultra-luxury business model and high-net-worth client demographic. The remaining portion of the lease portfolio remains under the administration of the receiver.

Transition management will be led by Janet Cully, Senior Vice President, alongside Viki Forese, Director of Leasing Operations, and Meir Bitton, Executive Vice President of Holand Leasing.
