As a primary international destination for Canadian parts distributors, buying groups, and major repair banners tracking future service bay equipment, the 2026 exhibition is introducing several new high-tech environments.
Signaling the upcoming travel and procurement cycle for the global automotive service network, organizers for Automechanika Frankfurt have released the official program preview for the international trade fair, scheduled to run from September 8 to 12 at the Frankfurt Exhibition Centre.
As a primary international destination for Canadian parts distributors, buying groups, and major repair banners tracking future service bay equipment, the 2026 exhibition is introducing several new high-tech environments. Headlining the new curriculum is HighTech4Mobility, a dedicated segment focusing on the logistical and repair challenges surrounding software-defined vehicles, a critical development phase impacting how independent jobbers and diagnostic technicians handle cloud-based vehicle telemetry. Additionally, collision repair specialists will see the debut of the German Polishing Championship in Hall 12.
Alongside these digital and structural updates, the trade show maintains its core operational focuses, most notably the hands-on practical workshops tailored for automotive repair professionals. These intensive sessions allow visiting shop owners and technicians to evaluate emerging garage tooling, advanced ADAS calibration rigs, and electric vehicle service safety parameters.
The complete international event calendar and interactive scheduling tools are now live for registered industry attendees preparing their travel itineraries.
