National automotive repair franchise network Simplicity Car Care has officially appointed Frank Blouin as Regional Growth & Performance Manager for Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces. 

Based out of the greater Montréal area, the fully bilingual executive will oversee strategic operational support for active franchise partners while accelerating the brand’s network footprint across both regional corridors.

Blouin enters the position backed by over two decades of progressive corporate leadership, multi-channel sales management, and dealership network development across North America. He most recently served as Vice President of Sales and Operations at Matrix Motor Distribution. His extensive industrial background also includes senior territory and network expansion roles at corporate automotive and powersports brands including CMI Motor/CFMOTO Canada, ARGO XTV, and Polaris Inc., where he managed major Eastern Canadian accounts for 20 years.
