The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance is proud to announce a new strategic leadership role for Jim Holik, who will now serve as Director Technology Marketing.
In this position, Holik will lead initiatives centered on advancing the Alliance’s technology-driven marketing strategy with a focus on strengthening and enhancing Alliance digital platforms, supporting B2C and B2B eCommerce solutions, driving engagement, and prioritizing SEO, GEO, and agentic search initiatives. A major component of his responsibilities will include providing creative digital strategy and execution for the continuous growth of the Alliance’s high-volume B2B MyPlace4Parts solution, a primary ordering tool used across North American automotive service repair bays.
“Jim has played a critical role in shaping and evolving the Alliance’s marketing initiatives for almost a decade,” said Dale E. Hopkins, Chief Information Officer of the Alliance. “As technology continues to transform how we connect with shareholders, customers, and industry channel partners, this new role reflects both Jim’s expertise and our commitment to staying ahead of the curve. His ability to bridge marketing strategy with emerging technology solutions makes him the ideal person to lead this next chapter.”
Holik will oversee the user interface design, continuous performance measurement, and deployment of localized digital marketing campaigns designed to support shareholder members in increasing store traffic and sales conversions. The investment highlights the group’s focus on aligning commercial parts procurement platforms with modern, location-based digital search technologies.
“I’m greatly looking forward to working directly with our Shareholders and our own Information Technology team on current and future initiatives,” said Jim Holik, Director Technology Marketing. “With how quickly technology is changing, particularly with the search and discovery of products and brands, it is exciting to be working with this talented group of IT professionals and applying my skillset and expertise.”
