Ms. Élément brings an outstanding background of over 20 years of experience in the automotive damage industry. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in estimating, notably through close collaboration with leading national insurance providers.

This diverse background, which combines a sharp understanding of insurance requirements with a solid mastery of collision repair operations, gives her a 360-degree view of the market. As a result, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of the key challenges related to estimate quality, cycle times, and customer experience excellence.

The arrival of Karine Élément aligns directly with CARSTAR Quebec’s commitment to strengthening its operational capabilities and continuously aligning with industry best practices, particularly in estimating and process optimization.

In addition to her management responsibilities, she will serve as the network’s official reference for estimating and evaluation best practices. Her role will be instrumental in:
