In her expanded role, Lozano will provide strategic leadership across the Alliance’s sales, marketing, and communications functions, aligning initiatives to drive growth, strengthen shareholder value, and enhance engagement across the Alliance network.
The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. is proud to announce the promotion of Kendall Lozano to Sales & Marketing Manager, effective May 2026. In her expanded role, Lozano will provide strategic leadership across the Alliance’s sales, marketing, and communications functions, aligning initiatives to drive growth, strengthen shareholder value, and enhance engagement across the Alliance network. She will continue leading national account strategy and Certified Service Center (CSC) program performance, while also overseeing brand management, advertising, media partnerships, and integrated communications efforts that support shareholders, key programs, channel partners, and strategic initiatives.
“Kendall has earned respect as an emerging leader in the aftermarket industry,” said John C. Washbish, President & CEO of the Alliance. “Whether you know her as Schaus or Lozano, over the past five years she has built incredible relationships with our shareholders, customers, and industry partners through her energy, professionalism, and commitment to service. Kendall understands how to connect strategy with execution, and we are excited to see her continue expanding her impact in this new leadership role.”
Lozano joined the Alliance in September 2020 as a Field Sales Representative after graduating from Northwood University and the DeVos Graduate School of Management, where she earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Automotive Marketing & Management and a Master of Business Administration. Since joining the Alliance, she has played an instrumental role in national account development, shareholder sales initiatives, Certified Service Center program growth, sales training, industry events, and strategic partnership engagement.
In 2024, Lozano was promoted to Field Sales Manager, where she further advanced Alliance sales efforts while working closely with shareholders, national accounts, and Automotive Parts Services Group (APSG) partners. Her passion for relationship-building, customer success, and industry collaboration has made her a familiar face throughout the aftermarket industry and a strong advocate for Alliance programs and initiatives.
“Kendall brings a unique ability to bridge sales, marketing, and relationship management in a way that creates real value for our shareholders,” added Washbish. “She has earned the trust and respect of so many across the industry, and this promotion reflects both her accomplishments and the bright future ahead of her.”
“I’m grateful for the opportunities the Alliance has provided and excited to continue growing in this new role,” said Kendall Lozano, Sales & Marketing Manager. “Collaborating with our shareholder members and industry partners has been incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to further aligning our sales and marketing strategies to strengthen engagement, drive growth, and deliver measurable value across the Alliance network. ‘Service is the difference’ is not just what we say — it continues to shape how we show up and deliver for our partners every day.”
