At the MAHLE display, Emily Sproat and Meredith Wills-Borkowski showed us several new products and solutions. A major one was the new line of heavy-duty engine re-build kits. These will be available in early 2026 and feature everything needed for rebuilding commercial vehicle diesel engines, including gaskets, O-rings, MAHLE MonoWeld, friction welded pistons and crank bearings. These highly anticipated kits are designed for a range of heavy-duty engine applications, including Detroit Diesel, Cummins and Caterpillar units.

MAHLE is known for its OE engineering expertise and as a premium manufacturer of gaskets. Currently, it has SKUs for over 200 million vehicles in operation, including first to market gasket sets for Subaru FA24F 2.4-litre boxer engines and General Motors L5P 6.6-litre Duramax diesel units.

Also on display were components from MAHLE’s thermal product line including OE parts for light vehicles, including internal combustion, hybrid and electric, as well as heavy duty commercial applications.

MAHLE is also a premium manufacture of filters and offers everything from cabin to air and oil filters. On display at AAPEX 2025 was the KX patented heavy-duty fuel filter. Emily Sproat mentioned that MAHLE is focused on expanding its lineup of filters, particularly in the heavy-duty vehicle segment.   

On the MAHLE Service Solutions side, the company has introduced new FluidPRO Smart Fluid offerings. These include a Smart Fluid Control Cart, which is a fully battery-powered solution for optimized fluid management in service workshops. The system features six separate 30-litre containers into which technicians can supply and store different engine oils and gearbox/transmission lubricants. The FluidPRO Smart Fluid Control Cart comes equipped with an online portal that enables shop managers to track oil consumption in real-time and gain valuable insights into fluid usage patterns.
