AAPEX 2023: CRP Automotive Offers New EV Fluids, Cooling Hoses

CRP Automotive celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2024, so it was perhaps fitting that Autosphere got a chance to visit the team at AAPEX this year.
That “Legacy of Innovation” spans a whole range of products for the automotive aftermarket, including the Pentosin line of lubricants and fluids which CRP has been distributing in North America since 1983.
Pentosin’s new EDF 2 wet DF fluid is designed specifically for electric vehicles, performing cooling and lubrication functions for electric motors to maximize efficiency. Available for newer Tesla EVs, it also received an Innovation Product award at AAPEX 2023. Another product on display was Pentosin’s ATF 64, automatic transmission fluid which although an existing product is also compatible for use in select Tesla electric vehicles.
CRP also had on display new Rein Automotive coolant hoses for Tesla vehicles. This new product line comprises 29 first-to-market items, designed for 2017-2023 Tesla Model 3, X and Y vehicles, as well as the 2012-2021 Model S.
