Shops from across the country share their experiences of operating in a pandemic environment.

With COVID-19 having spread to the four corners of the globe, almost no country, city, or business has been spared from its impact.

In the collision repair sector, the spread of the virus has caused many shops to pivot and adjust their operating models.

As part of the 2021 CCIF Toronto Virtual Experience, Autosphere.ca conducted a series of video interviews with collision repairers across the country to find out how COVID-19 has impacted their business.

Although operating in different markets and dealing with different situations, these repairers demonstrated that nationwide, our collision repair industry and those that operate within it have proven to be united, strong, resilient and innovative, despite the worst a global pandemic could through at it.
