The distribution activities of Les Pneus R. Guay will be integrated within Distribution Stox.

Distribution Stox has acquired the distribution division of Les Pneus R. Guay. In business since 1955, Les Pneus R. Guay specializes in the distribution of tires for cars and SUVs.

Effective February 7th, Distribution Stox has transferred operations to its distribution centre in Chicoutimi, Quebec. 

“We are working at this point to ensure a smooth transition and we will maintain the objective of offering competitive programs and serving clients as efficiently as possible,” the company said in a statement. “In addition, all customers will take advantage from a large inventory of products among a network of more than 15 distribution centres in Quebec and 2 in Ontario.”
