Bill Williams is American Tire Distributors’ new Chief Financial Officer.

American Tire Distributors (ATD) has named Bill Williams as its new Chief Financial Officer. Williams will report directly to Stuart Schuette, Chief Executive Officer of ATD.

“Bill brings a breadth of financial expertise from a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, consumer products, automotive, and technology,” said Schuette. “His leadership, transparency and candor are a welcome fit for the leadership team and for the Company.”

For the past ten years Williams served as CFO Engagement Partner at Tatum, Randstad Holdings, NV. During his career he served in financial executive and advisory roles at multiple companies including IBM,  Martin Brower, AlliedSignal, Steelcase, Kraft Foods, and financial and shareholder value consultancy Stern Stewart & Co.
