John Bollman appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer.

The Cooper Tire & Rubber Company has announced that John Bollman will join the company as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer effective March 21. Bollman will succeed Brenda Harmon, who will retire effective April 15.
