Delphi, a commercial brand of PHINIA Inc. has introduced 188 new part numbers across its North American aftermarket portfolio.
Delphi’s expanded vehicle electronics and chassis catalog gives Canadian repair facilities immediate replacement part access to capture late-model servicing jobs without dealer delays.
Delphi, a commercial brand of PHINIA Inc., has introduced 188 new part numbers across its North American aftermarket portfolio, featuring 24 first-to-market applications. The catalog expansion strengthens three primary repair categories—vehicle electronics, steering and suspension, and fuel delivery—extending coverage across tens of millions of vehicles in operation across Canada and the United States.
For Canadian independent repair facility owners, suspension technicians, and counter sales staff, parts delays on newer vehicle platforms often result in lost diagnostic work and extended hoist downtime. The release adds 107 electronics SKUs, including ABS wheel speed sensors, EGR valves, and NOx sensors, alongside 72 steering and suspension part numbers such as control arms and tie rod ends. These direct-fit components allow mechanical shops to service high-demand chassis and engine fault codes immediately.
According to Hailey Long, director of category management, pricing, and catalog for PHINIA Aftermarket North America, prioritizing first-to-market coverage ensures shops can source proper replacements as vehicles exit factory warranty periods. Expanding these critical electronic and undercar lines helps automotive jobbers minimize backorders while protecting shop-floor labour efficiency against OEM part shortages.
