Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA Canada) has opened exhibitor registration for its rebranded Student Automotive Innovation Challenge, formerly known as Student Aftermarket Day. The career showcase is scheduled for November 18, 2026, at the Automotive Business School of Canada located at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario.

For human resources directors, aftermarket supply chain executives, and collision network owners, the event serves as a targeted talent acquisition channel. With qualified technical and managerial labor constraints impacting Canadian auto care operations, the forum connects employers directly with emerging graduates entering the mobility sector.

According to AIA Canada, participating exhibitors will have the opportunity to highlight organizational career paths, strengthen brand visibility, and promote long-term industry retention among upcoming graduates. Registration fees for participating organizations are set at $225 plus tax for AIA Canada members and $300 plus tax for non-members, with exhibitor booth space allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
