MAHLE unveiled the new generation of its ArcticPRO A/C service station family during Automechanika Frankfurt 2026.
Optimizing thermal service workflows across mixed-power fleets, MAHLE unveils its next-generation AI-assisted ArcticPRO A/C station lineup at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026.
MAHLE unveiled the new generation of its ArcticPRO A/C service station family during Automechanika Frankfurt 2026. Designed on a unified modular platform, the range features four equipment tiers—Tech, Advanced, Expert, and Ultimate—tailored to vary by shop throughput and service complexity.
For auto repair shop owners, collision facility managers, and service technicians, the stations deliver automated refrigerant recovery, vacuuming, and recharging across R134a, R1234yf, R444A, and R456A chemistries, alongside built-in flushing protocols for high-voltage hybrid and EV compressors.
“Thermal management is one of MAHLE’s core technology fields,” said Philipp Grosse Kleimann, Member of the MAHLE Management Committee. “With the new ArcticPRO generation, we are making this expertise directly accessible to workshops performing A/C service.”
The hardware features up to 10-inch touchscreen interfaces, 24-volt electrical architecture, Wi-Fi database updating, and integration with the MAHLE Connect App. The software platform introduces the MAHLE Intelligent Assistant (MIA), an AI-driven tool providing license plate/VIN recognition, real-time process monitoring, and automated cloud-based service reporting.
