Recognizing two decades of multi-shop growth in Ontario, the International Franchise Association names Midas operator Jeff Hall a 2026 Franchisee of the Year.
The International Franchise Association (IFA) has named Jeff Hall, President of Midas of Eastern Ontario, as a 2026 Franchisee of the Year. Hall will be recognized during the IFA26 Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., taking place September 14–16, for excellence in business management, local community engagement, and workforce retention.
For automotive service franchisors, multi-shop operators (MSOs), and aftermarket executives, the award highlights high-yield turnaround strategies in repair shop management.
“Since joining the Midas family nearly 20 years ago, Jeff represents why Midas is the best and what it means to be a true leader,” said Lenny Valentino, Jr., President & COO of Midas. “We’re proud and honored that Jeff and his family have chosen to build a meaningful, successful and dynamic career with Midas.”
After joining Midas in 2007, Hall turned around a struggling location that generated $650,000 in annual sales into a $1 million operation in its first year. He currently owns and operates six Midas locations across Eastern Ontario, generating approximately $18 million in combined annual revenue.
“Everything we’ve accomplished has been a team effort built on hard work, trust, and a commitment to taking care of our customers and each other,” added Jeff Hall.
Alongside business operations, Hall’s store footprint sponsors regional sports programs and supports annual pediatric cancer research initiatives raising over $200,000 annually.
