The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) will host a free technical webinar titled “OBDII Service Modes” on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 4:00 p.m. ET. Led by Automotive Seminars instructor Pedro Delatorre, the session focuses on utilizing scan tool modes and service requests during drivability troubleshooting.

For shop owners and service managers, the training emphasizes diagnostic efficiency, showing technicians which specific modes yield actionable data for emissions and non-emissions faults.

Live session attendees will automatically receive a certificate of completion. Advance registration also grants priority access to the recorded session for technicians unable to attend the live broadcast.
