JET Tools adds 8 new heavy-duty pipe stands and adapters

Enhancing fabrication shop productivity and jobsite safety, JET Tools introduces eight new pipe jack stands and modular conversion accessories for heavy industrial applications.

Material handling manufacturer JET Tools has expanded its pipe jack stand lineup, introducing five new stand configurations and three application-specific accessories. The line expansion provides welders, pipefitters, and mechanical contractors with enhanced control and flexibility when positioning large-diameter piping. 

For fabrication shop managers and commercial tool buyers, the modular lineup streamlines pipe positioning while maintaining rigid safety tolerances. Built with fully welded steel construction and corrosion-resistant powder-coated finishes, the stands support material diameters up to 42 inches. 

The expanded product portfolio includes:

• Folding & Fixed Low V-Head Stands (JT1-3804 / JT1-3805): Rated for 18-inch pipe capacities up to 2,500 lbs. 

• Adjustable Folding Roller Stand (JT1-3806): Engineered for pipe up to 42 inches with a 5,300 lb load rating. 

• Heavy-Duty & Five-Leg Roller Stands (JT1-3807 / JT1-3808): Designed for high-tonnage industrial use up to 36 inches and 5,000 lbs. 

• Handling Accessories: Hold-down clamping device (JT1-3814), ball transfer rotation system (JT1-3813), and roller head adapter (JT1-3815). 

JET Tools Product Manager Walt Herbert noted that the additions reflect direct shop feedback seeking adaptable hardware to optimize pipe fitting and welding workflows.
