New Vice President of Operations at Grote Industries

Grote Industries has appointed Patrick Smith as Vice President of North American Operations and a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Bringing over 20 years of manufacturing leadership and expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, Smith will oversee operational efficiency and continuous improvement across Grote’s North American manufacturing footprint.

Smith most recently served as Vice President of Operations at Vibracoustic (a Freudenberg company), managing 13 manufacturing sites across North America and South America. His career history includes senior leadership roles at Tenneco Automotive, Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies, and ArvinMeritor.

For Canadian commercial fleet operators, heavy-duty parts distributors, and dealership networks, Smith’s appointment reinforces manufacturing quality and supply security through Grote’s North American network and Canadian operations hub in Markham, Ontario.
