In his new capacity, Love will direct category performance operations and manufacturer alignment to optimize supply chain efficiencies and support long-term strategic procurement growth across the Alliance international distribution network.
The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. has transitioned Ethan Love into an expanded corporate portfolio as Category Manager Strategic Suppliers.
In his new capacity, Love will direct category performance operations and manufacturer alignment to optimize supply chain efficiencies and support long-term strategic procurement growth across the Alliance international distribution network.
Love steps into the senior category management role backed by a distinct cross-functional tenure within the buying group. Joining the Alliance in 2014 as a product analyst, he later shifted to the information technology department in 2018 as Business Intelligence Manager. Most recently serving as Senior Manager of Business Intelligence & Data Services, Love spearheaded key data-driven initiatives, tracking heavy-duty commercial vehicle software development, parts interchange analytics, and digital ordering connectivity infrastructure.
“Ethan’s background in technology, data services, and category analysis gives him a unique perspective that will help strengthen supplier relationships and create additional value for our shareholders,” stated Justin Hebert, VP of Category Management at the Alliance. For Canadian parts jobbers, warehouse distributors, and independent service bays operating under the Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper banners, this corporate alignment directly reinforces component availability, fill-rate consistencies, and electronic catalog cataloging accuracy across the automotive aftermarket.
