PHINIA Inc. has announced the addition of three team members to its North American team.

Hailey Long will serve as the Manager for the North America Category Management, Pricing, and Catalog teams. Long has been with the company since 2015 in a variety of functions including sales, category, and demand planning.

Ande Schultz joins the North America team as the Regional Sales Manager for the Warehouse Distributor (WD) Channel. Schultz has experience combining sales, marketing, and business development to develop revenue growth in highly competitive business markets. 

Stacy Swedenburg also joins the North America team as the Regional Sales and Service Manager for the southwest U.S. Swedenburg comes to PHINIA with a vast background in the industry, spending 30 years of his career at Tenneco in an Area Sales Manager role with Heavy-Duty Ride Control and Emissions Control.
