Raymond Proulx, AIA High Fives for Kids Foundation Chairman had a message for everyone who supported the 2022 Chairman’s Challenge.

He writes, “I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the AIA High Fives for Kids Foundation Board of Directors, to thank each and everyone who supported the Foundation through our Chairman’s Challenge in 2022. Thanks to the generosity of our donors–both corporate and personal–the Chairman’s Challenge raised over $24,000.

“These funds, along with those collected through other fundraising initiatives, allowed us to provide $26,500 of funding to children and youth charities across the country. In 2022, our grant recipients included the YWCA, Edmonton, The Children’s Breakfast Clubs (Ontario), the Child and Family Services of Western Manitoba, the YWCA of Calgary, the Kerr Street Community Services (Oakville, Ontario) and the Junior Achievement of Northern Alberta.

“Through our educational scholarship program, we have contributed over $15,000 to students attending Canadian post-secondary institutions.

“I hope that the success of our charitable and scholarship programs will inspire you to contribute to this year’s Chairman’s Challenge. When planning your charitable giving for 2023, please help the AIA High Fives for Kids Foundation continue to make a difference in the lives of children and youths.

“Any and all contributions would be greatly appreciated and making a donation to the AIA High Five for Kids Foundation is as easy as visiting our donation portal.

“Thank you for your support and I look forward to your continued help.”
