Spectra Premium Mobility Solutions, a new company owned by Turnspire Capital Partners and management, announces that the transaction to purchase the assets of Spectra Premium Industries is now complete, marking the beginning of a new era for Spectra Premium, and allowing us to focus our energies on our core business.
More than ever, Spectra Premium will focus on the development and commercialization of its strategic heat transfer, engine management and underbody product niches.
Turnspire’s strategic, operational and financial expertise, combined with Spectra Premium’s strong balance sheet, will allow us to leverage our unique manufacturing capabilities, as well as our superior engineering know-how, to enhance our product line for the replacement and original equipment markets here in North America.

To support this transformation, Spectra Premium is adding new talent to its management team.
Josh Gordon has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Josh is a proven business leader in the automotive and consumer products industries.
In his new role, he will lead all of Spectra Premium’s strategic, commercial and operational activities and will work closely with Denis Chabot and the seasoned management team.
