How to get your Autolite spark plug rebate

Purchase participating Autolite Spark Plugs between now and June 30, 2021. OFFER EXPIRES 06/30/2021.

Two options to claim the rebate

1. Online:
   • Log on to autoliterebates.com and follow online instructions.
   • Rebate requests must be received no later than July 15, 2021. (Requests received after July 15, 2021, will not be honoured)
   • Online registration MUST include an uploaded photo of the product UPC and receipt.
2. Mail-In:
   1. Fill in this mail-in rebate form. Cut out the Autolite Spark Plug UPC symbol(s) from the package(s), circle price(s) paid on your dated cash register receipt and mail all items to the address below.
   2. Envelope with rebate request must be postmarked no later than July 1, 2021, and requests received after July 15, 2021, will not be honoured.
