AIA Canada’s chairman of the board, Susan Hitchon, launches her new podcast series, Curbside Chat, with an in-depth conversation with Brad Cochrane, past chairman of the Young Professionals in the Aftermarket (YPA) Committee.

Brad Cochrane and Susan Hitchon will discuss the YPA program, the role young leaders play in the aftermarket industry, along with the importance of recruiting and retaining talent to maintain a strong industry workforce.

With the aim to engage with AIA Canada members across the country, the Curbside Chat virtual platform is designed with audience participation in mind.
