Fix Auto, Novus Glass, Speedy Auto Service and Minute Muffler & Brake staff members unite to review the year that was and future plans.
Steve Leal, President of Fix Auto World welcomed staff from across Canada at the first annual meetings of all corporate brands under the collective Fix Automotive Network banner in Ottawa.
The warmest temperatures of the year greeted a delegation of almost 80 people in the country’s capital as they converged on the Delta Ottawa City Centre. This milestone gathering marked the first for the organization’s collision, mechanical and glass businesses since the acquisition of Prime CarCare Group in September 2016. “This year we are greater in numbers than ever before as we continue to expand our network and the people needed to support our growth” said Leal “Every person on our team is an integral piece supporting our franchise strategic partners and I couldn’t be more proud of the Fix Automotive Network evolution.”
The full complement of team members from all regions of the country and from all functional areas gathered for an entertaining and informative look back and forward. Leal and his management shared future plans, led in Canada and at the meetings by Jean Charles Dupuis, COO. “Our depth of talent creates a great momentum and supports our culture of growth,” said Dupuis “I am excited for the future and grateful to work with such a great group of people.”
The underlying camaraderie and collaboration continued as the sun set on the country’s capital with Leal’s closing sentiment summarizing the event perfectly, “Our people are the key to driving us forward in this comprehensive aftermarket services solution that is the Fix Automotive Network.”
