Go ahead. Make a statement about your commitment to luxury and excellence!

INFINITI Canada’s fleet team is well aware of the fact that executives have a lot of options when they’re shopping for a vehicle that makes a statement. While many luxury brands offer the prestige, comfort and refined ride that define what an executive fleet vehicle should be, only INFINITI can deliver on the promise of what’s known in Japanese as Omotenashi (thoughtful hospitality).

“Built on the Japanese principle of Omotenashi, INFINITI embodies this principle through the products and services we offer our customers,” explains Badi Khan, Chief Marketing Manager, INFINITI Canada.

INFINITI has long been known for its driver-centric design, which has produced some world firsts, such as intelligent cruise control and the rearview monitor, Khan says. Powerful elegance is at the heart of the INFINITI design philosophy, and according to Khan, the inspiration may come from art or poetry, but the execution is always powerful and purposeful.

“INFINITI’s vision has always been to put customers first, from vehicle design to customer service,” Khan adds. “We believe that the customer journey extends beyond the showroom and that the customer should experience thoughtful hospitality even years after purchasing an INFINITI vehicle.”

INFINITI QX60 – the ultimate family executive vehicle

For 2024, INFINITI offers an extensive lineup of award-winning vehicles. For example, the INFINITI QX60 is the “ultimate family executive vehicle,” according to Khan.

“The new INFINITI QX60 is tailored for executives and entrepreneurs who wish to share the good life with everyone around them, making it a standout choice amongst three-row SUVs,” says Khan.

The QX60 is powered by a 3.5-litre V6 engine paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The V6 produces 295 hp and 270 lb-ft torque, which allows the QX60 to tow up to 6,000 lbs.

On the outside, Khan explains, the QX60 is a seamless package of elegance and sophistication that is inspired by the Japanese concept of “Ma,” which means to embrace the space between the lines. “The design is accented by breathtaking digital piano key lighting on the headlamps and tail lamps, the signature double-arched grille with origami-inspired folds, available 20-inch aluminum alloy wheels, and an available two-tone black obsidian roof,” he adds.

The QX60 comes equipped with a long list of standard amenities, including leather seats, as well as luxurious add-ons like climate-controlled front seats with massage feature, zero-gravity ergonomic seating positions, and a second-row captain’s chair configuration that makes long journeys more enjoyable.

Safety is paramount, which is why the QX60 comes with an extensive list of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technologies, including Lane Departure Warning, Rear View Monitor, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Predictive Forward Collision Warning, and Blind Spot Warning. “We are very proud to have been named an IIHS Top Safety Pick for 2022 and 2023,” adds Khan. “Combine these safety features with an impressive cargo capacity of up to 75.8 cubic feet and you have the perfect family hauler.”

A standard 12.3-inch HD INFINITI InTouch display comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto. “Audiophiles will appreciate the available 17-speaker Bose Performance Series audio system,” adds Khan.

INFINITI QX50 – sporty, stylish, and versatile

Powered by the AJAC award-winning 2.0-litre variable-compression turbo four-cylinder engine, this potent midsize SUV boasts 268 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque. “The ground-breaking variable-compression turbo is the world’s first production variable-compression ratio engine, which means it’s able to automatically adjust compression ratios by raising or lowering piston reach seamlessly, variably and continuously,” Khan explains. “This provides the QX50 with both the power and strength of a sprinter, as well as the efficiency and endurance of a marathon runner.”

In 2023, INFINITI added the SPORT trim to the QX50 lineup. “We weren’t trying to blend in with the crowd with the QX50 SPORT,” Khan explains. “We crafted this model for those who consider themselves game-changers, and those who question the status quo.”

The SPORT trim features a redesigned front fascia, exclusive 20-inch dark machine-finished aluminum alloy wheels and a dark appearance package that gives it an aggressive stance. On the inside, occupants enjoy semi-aniline leather seating with front-row climate control, a functional and easy-to-use dual HD INFINITI InTouch display that seamlessly integrates with wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto and a 12-speaker premium Bose audio system.

The QX50 comes standard with the same standard equipment as the QX60. Available features, such as the Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection and Traffic Sign Recognition, further enhance the feeling of safety. “Across the entire QX50 line-up, safety & security are always a priority,” says Khan.

INFINITI QX80 – power & prestige

Executives who value prestige and status will find that the INFINITI QX80 fits the bill as the “ultimate statement maker,” says Khan. This impressive SUV exudes confidence, has a serious presence on the road, and comes with a powerful 400-hp 5.6-litre V8 engine, which allows it to tow up to 8,500 lbs.

“On the exterior, the muscular shape of the QX80 is complemented by its sleek lines, sculpted curves, and the signature double-arch grille, all of which help create a look that is both classic and contemporary,” Khan says. “For those who want to make a bolder impression, the available dark chrome accents and 22-inch aluminum alloy wheels are sure to make a red carpet entrance anywhere they go.”

The QX80 features a 12.3-inch INFINITI InTouch HD display with wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto. “My wife really appreciates the 10-way power driver and eight-way power passenger lumbar support, and I personally love the quilting stitch pattern on the standard semi-aniline leather-appointed seats,” Khan says.

Second-row passengers enjoy standard captain’s chairs or bench seating configurations with a remote tip-up feature, along with an immersive 17-speaker Bose Performance audio system.

The INFINITI brand promise

Each and every model in the INFINITI lineup, from the QX55 CUV to the Q50 sedan, was designed to remind the driver of INFINITI’s continuous commitment to the founding principle of Omotenashi. “INFINITI extends this brand promise with exceptional service and perks through the INFINITI Distinction program,” Khan explains.

Customers also benefit from INFINITI’s complimentary four-year oil change and tire rotation program, along with valet service, and a four-year INFINITI InTouch Services Premium Package subscription, which includes features like remote start and stop, remote lock and unlock, and stolen vehicle locator.

“We are committed to providing a premium experience to all our customers, not only in-vehicle but also out of it,” explains Khan. “So when you choose an INFINITI, you’re not just selecting a vehicle, you’re making a statement about your commitment to luxury and excellence, and your desire to stand out from the crowd.”
