From September 13-15, NAFA will be hosting its 2021 I&E Virtual Experience.
This event was designed to augment the physical NAFA Institute and Expo (I&E) taking place in Pittsburgh, Pa. from August 29 to September 1.
The I&E Virtual Experience provides an opportunity for fleet professionals who aren’t able to physically attend I&E this year the chance to connect and discuss their experiences as well as the gain valuable insight that can be applied to their business.
The 2021 I&E Virtual Experience will combine recorded sessions from the physical event with unique virtual programming and tools to ensure an immersive and interactive experience.
These include four general sessions (recorded at the physical I&E), as well as a unique, real-time, live chat function for all education sessions, as well as 15 live and on-demand education sessions, plus access to archived OnDemand sessions from both the physical and virtual events until October 1.
Some of the key highlights include:
- Keynote Address: Creating a Complaint Free Environment by Will Bowen (September 13)
- Keynote Address: 6-5-7: The 6 Stages of Any Crisis, the 5 Techniques to P.I.V.O.T. Through It, and 7 Reminders to Lead Proactively Out of It by Mary Kelly (September 14)
- General Session: Lessons, Learnings & Leadership: The Fleet Management Executive Panel(September 15)
- Keynote Address: Keynote: Connecting the Workplace and Life through F.U.N
There will also be interactive Wellness sessions throughout the I&E Virtual Conference, along with morning and afternoon education sessions, networking opportunities including a virtual Happy Hour featuring GoGame on Zoom, as well as an enhanced Exhibitor Directory that will provide I&E Virtual attendees with access to the exhibitors that attended the physical I&E in Pittsburgh in August.
Of particular interest to Canadians, will be two virtual sessions, a Canadian Workshop, scheduled for September 14 from 3.30 to 4.30 pm which will include discussions related to a variety of topics including lasting fleet impacts of COVID 19, delayed vehicle replacement, EVs, and data security, the session will be moderated by Kate Vigneau, CAFM, Director (Fleet and Canada), Matrix Consulting Group.
Additionally, there are plans to host a Canadian Legislative Update, provided by Impact Affairs, with more details set to be announced closer to the event.
