Equipped with a 75 kWh battery pack, the subcompact BEV crossover delivers up to 454 km of range on a single charge.

Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada (MMSCAN) has confirmed detailed packaging and service support for the all-new 2027 Mitsubishi Eclipse Sportback EV, scheduled to hit Canadian dealerships in late October.

Equipped with a 75 kWh battery pack, the subcompact BEV crossover delivers up to 454 km of range on a single charge. The vehicle will be marketed in a single, well-equipped base trim with an available Technology Package. Dual charging architecture is standard, incorporating SAE J1772 inputs for Level 1/2 AC charging and Tesla’s NACS format for Level 3 DC fast charging.

MMSCAN backs the new BEV with its signature warranty suite, headlined by a 10-year/160,000 km powertrain and lithium-ion battery limited warranty, alongside a 5-year/100,000 km comprehensive vehicle warranty.

The Eclipse Sportback EV kicks off a multi-powertrain expansion (ICE, mild-hybrid, PHEV, BEV) that includes a rugged Outlander off-road variant in early 2027.

For Canadian automotive retailers, fleet operators, and service managers, the Eclipse Sportback EV provides a long-range, fully backed entry into the competitive subcompact electric crossover segment.
