The operational insights carry direct relevance for Canadian automotive dealers, many of whom rely heavily on Reynolds’ Dealer Management Systems (DMS) architecture to run their daily storefront and service bay workflows.
The afternoon Keynote Session will feature a panel of accomplished retail automotive leaders, including Steve Greenfield, General Partner of Automotive Ventures; Jeff Swickard, Dealer Principal of Swickard Auto Group; Howard Tennebaum, President of Keyes Automotive Group; and John Keohane, VP of Temecula Valley Buick GMC. This expert panel will tackle the core macroeconomic and structural challenges reshaping the franchise landscape, sharing real-world operational strategies their respective dealer groups are implementing to overcome current market obstacles and leverage shifting industry trends.
In addition to the afternoon panel, the morning session will focus extensively on product development pipelines through the Innovation Roadmap keynote. This session will showcase Reynolds’ latest integrations of artificial intelligence (AI) across both fixed and variable operations, providing a reliable look at how advanced software solutions are optimizing the front and back of the modern dealership. Chris Walsh, president and acting CEO of Reynolds, noted that AI is driving meaningful outcomes across the entire automotive network, emphasizing that Amplify will empower attendees to use targeted technical innovation to work smarter, improve customer retention, and drive long-term institutional success.
