Keyloop, a leading global automotive software provider, has launched Sales Hub, an all-new end-to-end sales management solution developed specifically for Canadian auto dealers and manufacturers.

Covering every stage in the omnichannel sales process, Sales Hub can be used to manage leads, build deals, manage vehicle trade-ins and finance applications, share quotations via the customer’s preferred channel(s) – including email, SMS, WhatsApp and the dealer’s own  customer portal – and capture and store digital deal signatures.

The new solution utilizes details, preferences and behaviours to make communications more personalized and relevant, as well as to create actionable insights that can be used to shape offers and campaigns.

By introducing highly automated, end-to-end sales workflows, Sales Hub helps managers cut response times and improve team productivity. Pilot implementations across Canada began in April, with three Canadian dealerships becoming the first to experience the benefits of Sales Hub.

Automated workflows streamline omnichannel sales
The suite of AI tools built into Sales Hub automates repetitive tasks, freeing sales teams to focus on high-value customer interactions, aided by their own personal copilot that steers activity and provides on-brand prompts for proactive and reactive communication. Predictive analytics and propensity scoring, all powered by intelligent learning models, anticipate customer needs to build campaigns that are more meaningful and productive.

Sales Hub also enables fully paperless document management and delivery, providing secure, easily accessible digital storage that helps retailers maintain OEM compliance, reduce print costs and quickly draw on key information to accelerate deals.

Dealerships adopting this type of integrated solution across customer-facing and back-office operations are proven to increase sales per employee by at least 25% (Mckinsey). Keyloop’s thesis is also based on extensive research by OC&C, an international consulting firm with more than 35 years of insight into the most complex business challenges, of automotive sales process and the inefficiencies generated by fragmented retailer systems, which results in a lack of interoperability, rekeying and process overlaps.
