Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) continues to see strong demand for its electrified vehicles, reaching a record of 9,972 electrified units sold in June 2025, up 19.9% year-over-year (YOY), for a record total of 35,678 electrified vehicles sold during Q2.

This brings the total electrified vehicles sold year-to-date (YTD) to a record 64,002 units, up 20.8% YOY. These electrified vehicles sales represented 51.5% of overall YTD TCI sales.

YTD, for the Toyota Division, electrified vehicle sales represented 50.2% of all units sold while electrified vehicles represented 59.3% of all Lexus Division units sold.

A total of 7,810 Zero-Emission Vehicles (ZEV, comprised of EV, PHEV and FCEV) were among the electrified Toyota and Lexus vehicles sold YTD. These ZEV sales were helped by record first half of the year for Lexus RX 450h+ and Lexus NX 450h+.

For the Toyota Division, electrified vehicle sales represented 47.4% of all units sold in Q2 while electrified vehicles represented 56.4% of all Lexus Division units sold in Q2.

June and Q2 Sales

Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) sold 73,346 vehicles during Q2, up 8.6% year over year and sold 22,059 vehicles in June 2025, up 17.2% from June 2024.

Toyota division saw Q2 sales of 62,930 units sold, up 6.5% year over year and June sales of 18,924 units, up 19.7% from June 2024.

Lexus division saw record Q2 sales of 10,416 units sold, up 23.5% year over year and record June sales of 3,135 units, up 4.3% from June 2024.
