Notice of Sale by Tender

On 27 November 2024 the Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick (the “Court”) issued an order (the “Receivership Order”) appointing Ernst & Young Inc. as receiver (the “Receiver”) of the assets, undertakings and properties of Central Garage Limited (“Central Garage”), CGL Auto Inc. (“CGL”) and 613586 NB Ltd. (“613586”) (collectively the “Company”).

 

This is a call for tenders for the sale of the Receiver’s right, title and interest in the following real and personal property of the Company:

Parcel 1	Former Kia Dealership and Contents located in New Brunswick
Parcel 2	Former Chrysler Dealership and Contents located in New Brunswick
Parcel 3	Land and Other Buildings located in New Brunswick
Parcel 4	New and Used Vehicles

Sealed tenders will be accepted by the Receiver for the purchase of the Parcels until noon (Atlantic Standard Time) on 23 July 2025.  A copy of the Tender Information Package is available at https://www.ey.com/ca/centralgarage.
