Intentionally compact and set in an urban hub, the showroom is designed to bring cars to the people—making it easier than ever to engage with Lexus in a convenient location and setting. Designed around exploration, not transactions, the space replaces sales desks with non-sales product experts who are there to answer questions, offer demonstrations and guide guests through Lexus’s electrified lineup—all without obligation to buy. The studio also offers added flexibility and convenience, giving all Regency Lexus guests—including those purchasing from the Vancouver dealership—the option to take delivery of their new vehicle in a relaxed environment, ideally located for those living in Burnaby or nearby.

The Lexus Studio draws inspiration from traditional Japanese architecture and the modern Canadian dealership experience—blending the warmth of eastern white maple with the refined principles of omotenashi hospitality. It’s a hybrid of Japanese and Canadian influence, much like the vehicles we offer: merging innovation, tradition, and convenience. Here, guests can seamlessly transition from online research to experiencing, customizing, and even taking delivery of their next Lexus in person.
