 LGM Financial Services announces that they have partnered with Big Think+ to enhance their suite of training for dealers.

As part of LGM’s training offer, dealers will now receive access to courses from Big Think’s library, including relevant lessons like Selling with Insight, Emotional Intelligence, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.

LGM recognizes the business value of soft skills training and is the first F&I provider in the Canadian automotive sector to partner with Big Think+. 

LGM’s suite of dealer training is different from any of their competitors.

They offer a ‘Women’s Corner’ with lessons curated specifically for women’s learning and development.

Big Think’s video lessons are also designed in a convenient and flexible way, as all their courses are online and take less than 35 minutes to complete.

In addition, they are taught by prominent speakers, including:

  •  Michelle Thaller (Astronomer and Assistant Director at NASA)
  • Shane Battier (Former NBA player)
