HGreg Launches “Buy a Car, Plant a Tree” Campaign

To celebrate Earth Day, HGreg will launch its 5th annual “Buy a Car, Plant a Tree” campaign in collaboration with Tree Canada.

For every car sold from April 22 to May 22, 2021, HGreg will plant a tree.

To date, more than 2,000 trees have been planted thanks to the participation of HGreg customers. This campaign will contribute to the creation of a new forest of various local tree species and will be under the care of the Outaouais Private Forests Agency in Wakefield, Quebec.

“As one of the largest retailers of new and pre-owned vehicles in Canada, we believe that it’s our duty to get involved and support causes that are important to us, such as the environment and air quality,” says Harry Kasparian, HGreg’s Chief Marketing Officer.

For this year’s campaign, HGreg hopes to reach a total of 3,000 planted trees as a result of these yearly campaigns and thus help to mitigate the environmental impact of its operations.
