Johanne Lafortune Appointment at Monaco Group

The Monaco Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Johanne Lafortune as Banners Manager.

After joining Entrepôt de Montréal’s team in 2017 as Sales and Marketing Assistant, Johanne has been involved in various projects that brought her into contact and dealings with the Group’s customers, as well as with several service providers displaying the ASX and V.I.P. STOP banners and also the CAP program.

Her new mission is not only to continue offering outstanding customer service, but also to develop the banners’ network and to be present in the field to optimize service providers’ operations.
