Spanesi showcased its new Multibench Pack 7 compact structural repair workstation at the SEMA Show, targeting increased cycle efficiency for light-to-heavy body repair facilities.
Spanesi’s low-profile Multibench Pack 7 eliminates external loading ramps to accelerate structural turnaround times and reduce technician physical strain in Canadian collision centres.
Spanesi showcased its new Multibench Pack 7 compact structural repair workstation at the SEMA Show, targeting increased cycle efficiency for light-to-heavy body repair facilities. Engineered as a drive-on unit that bypasses cumbersome auxiliary ramps, the platform integrates sliding crossbars, delivers 10 tons of hydraulic pulling capacity, and provides a maximum working lift height of nearly five feet.
For Canadian collision repair facility owners, frame technicians, and repair estimators, bench setup duration and ergonomic stress directly govern billable bay throughput. Elevating damaged unitized bodies to waist height mitigates chronic technician bending and fatigue, while adjustable rail anchor points allow rapid anchoring and faster alignment with computerized measuring instruments.
Complementing the bench launch, Spanesi demonstrated its Touch V6 portable electronic measuring arm to illustrate real-time structural damage blueprinting. Integrating high-accuracy diagnostic measuring with low-profile pulling hardware allows repair shop operators to validate chassis alignment faster, preserve OEM structural tolerances, and tighten overall key-to-key performance across insurance claims.
