Simplicity Car Care Welcomes Robert Rolfe as Business Development Manager

Simplicity Car Care, one of Canada’s fastest-growing automotive repair franchise networks, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Rolfe as Business Development Manager. In this role, Robert will be responsible for driving franchise growth, cultivating strategic relationships, and supporting the continued expansion of the Simplicity Car Care network across Canada. 

Robert brings more than a decade of high-performance sales experience to Simplicity Car Care, most recently as an Owner and Franchisee with Snap-on Tools in the Niagara Region of Ontario. During his tenure, Robert managed a territory of 340 active automotive and trades professionals, and closed individual high value transactions. His proven ability to build trust-based customer relationships, navigate complex financing conversations, and drive both repeat and referral business makes him an exceptional fit for Simplicity Car Care’s growth-focused culture.
