CARSTAR Hosts Hands-On Estimator Training Session in Ontario

Reinforcing network repair standards and estimate consistency, CARSTAR Canada hosted an on-site estimator training session at its CARSTAR Mississauga 401 facility. The professional development event convened appraisal specialists from CARSTAR locations across Ontario, including Collingwood, Oshawa King, Mississauga 401, Mount Forest, and Welland.

The training curriculum combined classroom instruction on collision repair fundamentals with practical, hands-on estimating exercises applied to real-world vehicle repair scenarios. Key learning objectives focused on improving appraisal precision, streamlining claims processing efficiency, and aligning repair plans with evolving original equipment manufacturer (OEM) procedures.
