The multi-regional storefront activation integrated local promotional and interactive elements to drive donor turnout.
CARSTAR Canada has verified the final national fundraising metrics following its network-wide alignment with the annual Walk to Make CF History. Spanning 11 regional walk sites across Canadian provinces, more than 30 independently owned and operated CARSTAR collision repair franchises synchronized operations to secure over $30,000 CAD in targeted charitable donations.
The multi-regional storefront activation integrated local promotional and interactive elements to drive donor turnout. CARSTAR Johnny K Group led Western Canadian shop efforts in Edmonton, generating $3,250 CAD via an interactive, track-style tire-changing pit stop challenge.
In Ontario, CARSTAR Cambridge locked in $3,675 CAD by combining a custom photo booth with a sports memorabilia raffle featuring an autographed Sidney Crosby jersey, while CARSTAR Thunder Bay integrated online donation portals with a high-volume community barbecue to secure $3,400 CAD.
“Across Canada, our franchise partners didn’t just participate in the Walk — they created meaningful community moments that brought people together and drove real fundraising impact,” stated Oghogho Oteju, Senior Marketing Manager at CARSTAR Canada.
The synchronized multi-province fundraising campaign officially positions the structural network—supported by regional multi-shop operators (MSOs) including Saputo Capital Group and Chavez Auto Group—past a cumulative, lifetime $6 million CAD donation milestone earmarked for cystic fibrosis advocacy, clinical care, and therapeutic research tracks since the partnership’s inception.
