Simplicity Car Care, one of Canada’s fastest-growing automotive franchise networks, has officially released its annual report, detailing a landmark year of infrastructure expansion and operational milestones. Recognized for the fourth consecutive year by The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business as one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies, the collision network has formally surpassed the 100-location milestone across Canada, serving over 206,000 customers.

Operational highlights from the data show an industry-leading average repair cycle time of 11.5 days—running approximately 30 percent faster than the North American collision repair industry benchmark. Executive leadership attributes this performance breakthrough to the network-wide deployment of advanced “Glue Pulling” paintless dent repair methodologies.
These streamlined production workflows helped the franchise secure a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80 percent. Concurrently, the multi-brand enterprise successfully scaled its heavy-duty commercial division, Simplicity Truck Care, which now features six fully operational commercial repair hubs catering directly to the medium and heavy-duty fleet transport sectors.
“As I step into the role of CEO, my focus is on leading Simplicity Car Care into its next phase of growth while staying anchored to what matters most: the success of our franchisees,” stated Domenic Ieraci. Moving into the upcoming fiscal year, the Canadian firm is launching its strategic international expansion into the United States under the Clarity Car Care banner, focusing on deployment across the Sunbelt states.
Furthermore, the organization is advancing its digital infrastructure by transitioning from predictive analytics to autonomous workflow management. This deep-tech integration will leverage artificial intelligence to identify specific vehicle repair parameters and parts requirements before an asset physically enters a service bay.
